Management Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager / Management Accountant Reports To: Head of Finance Hours & Location: Monday-Friday, 0900-#####, Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH), Wellingborough
Role Overview: The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is exclusively partnering with a leading distributing business. Reporting to the Head of Finance, as the Finance Manager you will oversee the financial operations and take ownership of key financial processes, contributing to operational improvements, and supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations.
Work with the Head of Finance to optimise working capital and cash conversion cycle.
Support Operations and Sales in managing stock provision and clearance decisions.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support annual budget and financial forecast preparation.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide insightful analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal processes.
Assist with QuickBooks redesign and accounting process improvements.
Help develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to improve governance.
Collaborate with departments to track costs and ensure budget alignment.
