Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 Per annum

Job Duties:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Conduct variance analysis and provide budgeting support
• Assist in financial forecasting and planning
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support financial audits and compliance
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management
• Assist in financial decision-making processes

Required Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification
• Proven experience in management accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
