Management Accountant

Growing SME based in Huddersfield is looking to appoint a Management Accountant. The role reports to the Financial Director and will oversee a small finance team.

The Role;

The purpose of the role is to prepare the management accounts and also support, control and manage the businesses finances.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparation of Management Accounts with detailed analysis
• Team management of two assistamts
• VAT Returns
• Accruals/Prepayments
• Fixed Asset Register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow preparation
• Assistance and involvement with any ad-hoc reporting as required
• Liaising with other departments including operations as required

The successful candidate should be experienced in management accounts in an SME environment.
