Management Accountant

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Events Management Accountant to join a dynamic global events company based in London.

The company is seeking an ambitious candidate who can think on their feet and creatively adapt to changing situations, serving as the second-in-command to the finance manager.

Responsibilities:

• Month end close in compliance with US GAAP and other standards as appropriate including P&L reconciliation.
• Working closely with the Finance Manager during the budgeting and forecasting process including variances analysis and KPI reporting.
• Reviewing and reconciling budgets on a continuous basis, ensuring accuracy in revenue and profit.
• Working with our 3rd party providers on invoicing, customer collections
• Management of AP/AR ledgers
• Review of correct coding and tax treatment of corporate and personal expense claims and processing into SAP
• Completion of UK VAT and US Sales Tax returns
• Preparation of group reporting templates as required

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA Studier or equivalent
• Experience in a dynamic, fluctuating industry
