Role Overview:Hays are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join the dynamic team at an electronics company located in Plymouth, Devon. As a key financial professional, you will play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and cost control.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management accounting within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
