Elliott Recruitment are seeking a qualified Management Accountant for a prestigious Durham based client.
Based in Stanley, County Durham, our client is looking for an ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified Management Accountant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role is a key part of the groups financial team and offers excellent personal development opportunities.
Key duties include:
Conduct monthly management account analysis and reporting for individual entities.
Handle VAT returns and other ad hoc HMRC reporting requirements.
Engage in financial forecasting projects to support strategic planning.
Serve as the point of contact for year-end compliance financial audits and tax analysis.
We are looking for an ACCA / ACA qualified Management Accountant with previous experience in a practice environment who has moved into or is looking to make their first move into industry. You will have a strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to querying transactions and a strong eye for detail.
