Management Accountant

Robert Half is pleased to partner with a global consultancy business in order to recruit their next Management Accountant. The new Management Accountant will be responsible for a wide range of accounts and finance tasks including treasury, monthly financial and management reporting and to also provide assistance to the Financial Controller with budgeting, Group reporting, audit and statutory requirements.
Principal Duties:
Prepare the monthly financial and management accounts to be reviewed by the FinancialController
Assistance to the Financial Controller
Cash Management processes (oversee cash collection, produce payruns, manage the Factoring process)
Manage the Purchase ledger
Statutory reporting (eg quarterly VAT return reconciliation and online submission)
Fixed Assets Management
Lead and manage the Year End Audits
Assist in the preparation of the Financial Statements and tax work
Support the yearly Budgeting process
Supervising of Finance Assistant and Liaising with Business Office Manager
Ad hoc projects, i.e. group initiatives, systems or process improvements, analytical reviews
Role Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Fully qualified AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA required
