The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Conduct in-depth cost analysis to inform key business decisions
Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful management reports
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for financial efficiency
Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Profile
The successful Management Accountant will have:
Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
QBE or PQ CIMA/ACCA
Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
