Location: Leicester
Full-time | Permanent | £45,000-£50,000 per annum

The role:

• Monthly reporting including preparation of monthly management accounts and ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany account.
• Business partnering with management; responsible for budget preparation, cashflow forecasting, and providing KPI and variance analysis with commentary.
• Liaising with budget holders to ensure their understanding of the financial information
• Working with the auditors
• Production of quarterly VAT return
• Managing the accuracy and maintenance of the business’s cash flow forecasting model
• Processing BACS and CHAPS payments
• Production of ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Provide support and cover for colleagues across the Finance department.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
• Previous experience of a management accounts role.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Friendly, well organised with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Experience of communicating effectively with non-accountants.
• Excellent IT skills, including being highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Enjoys problem solving and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
