WSR is recruiting for a Management Accountant for our esteemed client in Holsworthy, Devon

Location: Holsworthy - Office Based
Contract: Fixed-Term – 12 Months

• Lead and develop a team in our Finance & Administration function

Management Accountant Responsibilities & Tasks

• Oversee and enhance financial systems and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Manage cashflow, including forecasting and approval of payment runs
• Prepare and reconcile quarterly VAT returns
• Deliver timely month-end reporting and full balance sheet reconciliations
• Support budget-setting and internal/external audits
• Maintain car fleet records, assist with payroll, and manage fixed assets
• Work closely with the team to oversee accounts payable, receivable, and stock control

Management Accountant Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional (AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong communicator, confident working with internal & external stakeholders
• SAGE experience (desirable) and Excel wizardry (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES)
• A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and cost management
