Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Management Accountant will include:

• Manage the month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Regularly analyse costs and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, handle R&D tax credit claims, and assist with audits.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business growth

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Management Accountant will have:

• Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with relevant experience
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a management accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management reporting processes
• Excellent Excel skills (Advanced)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and in a fast paced environment
