Management Accountant

As a management accountant, you will play a key role in providing financial insight to drive business performance. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will work cross function to ensure accurate reporting, cost management and budgeting. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for finance.

• Job Title: Management Accountant


• Location: Salford


• Salary – £45,000 – £50,000 P/A


• Permanent – Full time // 40 hours per week // Hybrid working available

Key Responsibilities:

• The production of accruals/prepayments


• The production of management reports


• To be able to analyze the management information


• To be able to investigate and report back on the findings


• The production of monthly management accounts and annual audit files


• Overseeing payroll/purchase ledger


• Cashflow Management


• Support year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA,CIMA or Equivalent)


• Proficiency in ERM systems – (e.g SAP, Oracle or similar)


• Advanced Excel skills


• Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
