A Management Accountant is sought for a pivotal role in a medium sized company based in Bicester. Responsible for the Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Reporting.

Our client is a medium-sized organisation looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team. You play a pivotal role and be responsible for the Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting and Reporting.

Description

Management Accountant responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conducting financial analysis to assist in strategic decision making.
• Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc projects.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with non-financial departments to provide financial insights.
• Driving continuous improvement in the accounting function.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Proven experience in management accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of �35,000 - �40,000, dependent on experience.
