Your Role

As a Management Accountant, you will be a vital part of the finance team, working closely with operations and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Costing & WIP Management - Oversee work-in-progress accounting and ensure accurate cost control
• Bills of Materials - Manage and analyse BOMs to improve efficiency and profitability
• Financial Reporting - Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Business Partnering - Collaborate with production, supply chain, and senior
• stakeholders to drive performance
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience as a Management Accountant in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of WIP, BOMs, and costing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) - or qualified by experience
