The Ideal Candidates should have:
Great presence and an infectious personality.
Strong leadership skills, be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering their team.
Experience in running busy operations and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
A strong financial background and proven experience in delivering business growth and working to budgets.
The ability to operate a kitchen (including relevant cooking experience)
