Manager (nail salon)

Job Summary:

• Provide excellent nail care to customers


• Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment


• Maintain positive customer relations with all aspects of your customers


• Perform other duties as assigned by management


• Creates work rosters balancing stylist availability with appointment bookings and salon hours.


• Ensures the reception area, break room, dispensary and workstations meet standards for cleanliness, organisation and functionality


• Stocking the proper hair, skin and nail care products at adequate levels is imperative. The manager places and reviews inventory orders.

Required:

• Nails - BIAB, Shellac Manicures and Pedicures - MUST


• Waxing - MUST


• Massage - Preferred


• Eyelash and Brow Treatments - Preferred


• Beauty Therapist: 2 years salon experience (MUST)


• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)


• Duties include but are not limited to: providing accurate nail care to customers, maintaining cleanliness of the salon, and other duties as assigned by management


• Must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work within the UK


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.


• Ability to speak�Chinese- MUST


• Ability to specialise in complex creations for nail art-MUST

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or relevant (required)�
