As an Engineering Manager, you’ll steward these values and add your own flavour to the mix.What You Will DoEmpower a team of engineers with varying levels of expertise and domain experience to achieve a high level of efficiency, quality, and consistency.Expand the team through hiring and onboarding. Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the entire company. You’ll work most closely with the hacker community, Product, Design, and your fellow engineers.Actively participate in your team's day-to-day activities, tracking progress and reporting on it.As part of an engineering management team that punches far above its weight, you’ll work on projects that influence the processes, efficiency, and development of HackerOne’s Engineering department.Minimum Qualifications3+ years managing software engineering teamsStrong stakeholder management skillsProven track record of delivering within time and budget constraintsMust be based remotely in Poland, UK or Ireland.
