Two Circles is a global sports marketing agency that uses data to drive commercial growth for over 300 of the world's leading sports properties, including the NFL, Premier League, UEFA, F1, and Wimbledon. Its Rights Management capability focuses on sponsorship sales, building compelling data-driven brand partnerships and growing the value of sponsorship programmes for the world's leading rights owners. It seeks to deliver greater value and impact for partners while driving commercial growth for clients. The Rights Management team has secured 1.4n in client sponsorship revenue. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of the All Blacks, Chelsea Football Club, AC Milan and Mercedes Formula 1. Last year, Two Circles launched the Rights and Strategy capability, a consultancy service that assists rights holders and institutional investors in structuring, valuing, and advising sponsorship rights to improve their commercial revenue. Two Circles are now looking to expand this team to deliver commercial growth for rights holders around the world by hiring a Manager of Sponsorship Advisory. The successful will be leading and implementing sponsorship focused commercial advisory projects. The role has a range of duties which include, but are not limited to, developing propositions to win SOWs, structuring commercial architectures to grow the value of a rights owner programmes, demonstrating a rights holder's position in the market, constructing strategies to grow commercial revenues and deliver complex change-orientated sponsorship advisory projects. Central to these responsibilities, this role is perfect for someone who has a self-starting attitude who is willing to get under the skin of the Two Circles proposition, deliver success for our clients and support our business strategy for the years ahead Requirements Eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different Self-starting attitude, adaptable, and a problem-solver Strong understanding of the sports industry, and in particular the sponsorship environment Ability to understand a rights holder's / client's position and able to articulate ideas and strategies to grow and change commercial revenues Someone who can win projects on behalf of the team and deliver them Ability to manage and build client and team relationships Able to lead high volume and/or high-value projects concurrently Responsible for pushing the boundaries and challenging the norm to better achieve the solution we are proposing (time & financially more efficient) Navigates complex relationships & situations to find value and solutions for clients A quick learner that will understand Two Circles' and the Rights Management Strategy Ability to work at pace and retain keen attention to detail More than five years' experience in strategy, consultancy, agency environments or across a leading rights holder #J-18808-Ljbffr
