Managing Director Refrigeration

We have a exciting but challenging opportunity for a Sales Director who may be looking to move into a Managing director role.

This position comes with it challenges as we are looking for someone to turn this business around and grow its markets across the UK and US. You will lead the business by overseeing its operations, client relationships, strategic direction & financial performance. 

You will be expected to do the following;

Develop and implement a plan that aligns with the companies mission, vision & objectives

Provide reporting to the executive Board

Demonstrate your industry knowedge and technological developments within the sector

Identify new business opportunities across UK , Europe & USA

Play a active role in contract negotiation to ensure the business is protected and rewarded for delivery

Lead and inspire a team of design engineers, project managers and account managers 

Drive the staff morale ensuring they are developed, motivated and trained to meet professional standards alongside delivering a high quality service

Manage the companies financial performance by setting budgets, controlling costs & ensuring profitability

Identify risks and opportunities whilst monitoring financial reports and making decisions to drive growth

Report to the board on business health, initiatives & financial performance

To be considered for this role you MUST have experience working at Managing director or Sales Director  level within the REFRIGERATION industry.
