The Role:
As Managing Director, you will work alongside the founder to craft and execute a clear vision, driving profitable growth and operational excellence across all business functions. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the company to achieve revenue growth targets and EBITDA performance.
Driving e-commerce strategy and optimising omnichannel business, including expansion into retail.
Overseeing product development and supply chain efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Building a high-performing team and fostering a strong internal culture.
Collaborating with the founder on strategic goals, brand positioning, and investor relations.
