Managing Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Leighton Buzzard to work within a team for Social Housing contractor, on a permanent contract.

The role of the Managing Quantity Surveyor:
Managing the commercials of the sub regional office
Supporting with the forecasting and future projections for the sub region
Managing the CVR process on a monthly basis for all sub regional contracts
Monitoring the contract's progress
Managing the controls around individual contract budgets
Preparing and monitoring cash flow
Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment to the client or client's representative
Submitting invoices for certified value and ensuring payments are received on time.
Valuing and authorising payments to sub-contractors
Assisting in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids, and tenders
Liaising with contract managers to establish the project specification and requirements
Mentoring and supporting the Surveyors in the region

I would love to hear from a Managing Quantity Surveyor who has:
Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor within the social housing industry
UK Full Driving License
Able to pass a DBS check
Good IT skills
