About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee a £150 million project involving student accommodation and mixed-use retail spaces. Your role will involve:

• Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reports


• Leading procurement and contract negotiations


• Collaborating with design and construction teams


• Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and budget


• Providing strategic advice to clients and stakeholders


• Conducting risk assessments and managing project risks


• Mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices


• Chairing site meetings and reporting on project progress

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, preferably in large-scale projects


• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time


• A proactive, solution-oriented approach
