Managing Quantity Surveyor

Were looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee a range of new build and refurbishment residential projects in the West Midlands. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, youll lead surveying teams, managing cost control, financial reporting, and subcontractor management, whil e getting involved in land acquisitions and pre-tender work.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cost management and subcontractor negotiations.
Lead financial reporting and risk management.
Work on new builds and refurbishments, including land acquisitions.
Handle pre-tender estimating and contractual documentation.

What You Need:
Proven track record in residential quantity surveying.
Experience in new builds, refurbishments, and D&B contracts.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive approach to drive projects forward.
