Managing Quantity Surveyor

I am currently representing a main contractor who are currently recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for someone with the drive, ambition and determination who will be looking to progress in the future.

THE COMPANY: My client are a forward thinking contractor with a turnover in excess of �30m. They pride themselves on being able to deliver the more interesting and challenging projects valued to �15million. Their extensive portfolio of completed schemes spans a wide range of sectors including cutting edge carbon free buildings, Defence, Education, Commercial, Leisure and these have been secured using a diverse range of procurement methods including substantial repeat business methods due to their non-confrontational approach.

With a very low turnover of staff a rare opportunity has a risen for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the company.

THE ROLE: Managing Quantity Surveyor: You will be overseeing all Commercial Aspects of 2no divisions (Building & Rail) and a team of 5 (ranging from a Trainee through to a Senior Quantity Surveyor) with a total value IRO �20million at any one time.
