The Role
As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring exceptional performance and career progression.
Drive Financial Success: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and profitability across multiple infrastructure projects.
Manage Contracts: Administer contracts (NEC, option E, etc.), negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively.
Strategic Procurement: Lead supplier/subcontractor selection, manage agreements, and ensure value for money.
Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
