🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Manage and expand client relationships in China, working with global partners 🌍
✨ Design and deliver tailored sales presentations and travel programmes 📊
✨ Organise and execute leadership delegations, student trips, and overseas study programmes 🎒
✨ Negotiate contracts, provide customer support, and optimise travel plans 📑
✨ Develop local partnerships, coordinating with schools, government entities, and sales teams 🤝
✨ Track and analyse key performance metrics to drive growth 🧮
✨ Support onboarding for new employees, schools, and partners 📚
✨ Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions 🛠️
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🚀 Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
🚀 Experience in sales, operations, or account management in education, travel, or events industries
🚀 Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills ⏰
🚀 Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise 🗂️
🚀 Proficiency in Microsoft365, HubSpot, and other office applications 💻
🚀 Willingness to travel frequently between China and the UK ✈️
🚀 Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience 📚
