The Basics:

Role: Manual Machinist - Toolmaker

Position: Permanent

Location: Redditch

Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm with a 15 minute paid break at 10.30am and a 30 minute unpaid break at 1.00pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm with a 15 minute paid break at 10.30am)

Contracted hours per week: 39

Pay: Up to �17.05 per hour DOE

Overtime: Anything over 39hrs paid at x1.3 Mon-Fri, x1.5 on Saturday and x2 on Sundays

Overview:

We now require a Manual Machinist / Toolmaker to join the toolroom. The tool room consists of milling, turning, grinding and 3 axis CNC Machinery.

The ideal candidate / Manual Machinist may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Time Served Apprenticeship - beneficial
• Competent at reading engineering drawings
• Previous experience in manual machining - milling, turning, grinding for example
