Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and co-ordinat the Engineering department & workload

Leading and co-ordinating the Engineering department & workload
Support in designing functional processes around the creation, review, and update of engineering documentation and master data maintenance
Build effective processes to design, create & maintain Installation BOMs
Management and development of Installation works instructions and installation manuals
Development of continuous improvement processes for engineering, installation, and service processes
Lead personal development of the team including; coaching, training and performance management.
Monitoring and ensuring business compliance with UK regulations and standards within the industries we operate

To be successful in this role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Engineering principles and technical knowledge
Experience with Lorry loader / Crane / HGV would be nice to have
Experience with managing a team and ability to develop individuals
I.T. skills, including MS Office, Salesforce, Google Platform and the SAP ERP System
Communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work without supervision
