Roles & Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for supporting projects as directed, making system improvements, updating, and improving documentation. They will be a large part of converting paper-based processes to a paperless solution.

  • Support the running of manufacturing engineering projects
  • Create paperless solution for existing processes in the 365 environment
  • Assist in developing lean principles across all manufacturing sites
  • Design and create reports on key operational data (Power Bi)
  • Establish and/or adjust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Improve Visual management standards
  • Provide training on developed paperless solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Manufacturing Technician role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good knowledge of the Power platform, Power Bi, Power Automate etc.
  • Knowledge of lean principles, 5s etc.
