Manufacturing Manager
Salary: Up to �44k per annum
Tenure: Permanent
Shifts: Days only
Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking to add a Manufacturing Manager on a permanent basis to oversee the production process and ensure that all operations are effective and efficient.
The Role:

• Manage schedule adherence of production Operations
• Monitor plan / actual & report to Sales for future bids.
• Manage all resources and staffing levels
• Communicate and feedback any scheduling or quality issues
• Attend quality meeting and participate in NCR activities, identifying the root cause.
• Lead and motivate teams of production workers, Team Leaders, and support staff, running daily production meetings
• Work to Lean Manufacturing principles, including: Kaizen and Six Sigma.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating CNC machines.
• Team Leader experience
• Apprentice trained
• Fanuc or Mazatrol experience advantageous
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools for production management and analysis.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

• Hours: Days only
• Early finish on a Friday
