Manufacturing Operative

Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable manufacturing/Production firm to recruit a Production / Manufacturing Operative.

The Role:

• 7.30am to 4.30pm shift hours


• To ensure continuous improvement and staff development all manufacturing operatives are trained in all aspects of the various areas of the manufacturing of the product to include:


• Aluminium profile cutting, manufacturing and assembly.


• Aluminium Packing


• Glass packing


• Despatch

The successful applicant:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.


• Forklift experience (not essential but would be ideal).


• Good communication skills.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Ability to follow manufacturing schedules, measurements and technical drawings.


• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.


• Ability to commute to Lingfield.


• Good understanding of health & safety.


• Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge.


• Hands -on.


• Reliable and trustworthy.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.

Salary �11.44 per hour �
