: Production Shift Manager
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to KPIs
Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing shift team
Collaborate closely with warehouse, transport, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations
Ensure health & safety regulations and quality standards are consistently met
Proven experience as a Shift Manager in a logistics, manufacturing, or production environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
