Manufacturing Team Leader

At STEM Recruitment we are working with a client who is looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader in West Lothian.

Daily duties:

• To supervise the day-to-day operations


• Ability to meet quality requirements, within the repair and manufacturing environment.


• To work effectively to meet company delivery targets whilst ensuring safety, cost and quality goals are met.


• Review and verify�inspection reports when necessary


• Create, review, test and verify new manufacturing�programmes prior to release for inspection or production items.


• Monitor machines shop activities and ensure departmental documentation is complete, accurate and available to the QA department on completion.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment required.


• Previous experience in Programming and Inspection using software systems is essential
