3 shift pattern - 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm & 10pm to 6pm
Will more than likely start on day shift whilst training (4-6 weeks)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Team Captain (Supervisor) to support our production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and support a team of Operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Act as the go-to person for advice, training, and hands-on support, spending around 80% of your time coaching and guiding.
* Step in for the Shift Manager when needed.
* Coordinate shift plans, cover absences, and ensure production targets are met.
* Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards are always maintained.
