If your answer is a resounding "Aye, aye, Captain!" then I want to talk with you, as you might just be my clients new crew member as a Maritime Software Sales Executive!What You'll Be Doing:Charting the Course: As a new sales executive you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to conquer sales targets and achieve revenue goals in the maritime sector.Treasure Hunting: As a new sales executive you will Identify and prospect new clients in the maritime industry, including shipping companies, port authorities, and maritime service providers.Building Bridges: As a new sales executive you will forge and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.Showcasing Treasure: Conduct dazzling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of my clients maritime & emergency mustering software solutions.Crew Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized.Sealing the Deal: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with finesse.Navigating the Seas: Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.Staying Shipshape: Keep up with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.Flying the Flag: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, spreading the word about their stellar software solutions across Europe.Mastering the Art of Sales: Manage key relationships in large complex sales cycles, ensuring scope, close plans, and account plans are in place for successful closes and accurate forecasts.What You Bring to the Table:Sea Legs: 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales or operations, preferably in the maritime industry. Experience within the access control space is a plus!Proven Navigator: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Tech-Savvy Sailor: Basic understanding of network infrastructure, SQL databases, mobile devices, Cloud, etc.Industry Insight: Good understanding of the maritime industry, including cruise line operations.People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.Closer Extraordinaire: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.Independent Adventurer: Ability to work independently and manage a territory, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.Tool Master: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.If you are ready to set sail on a rewarding career adventure?
