We’re looking for a successful individual to provide forensic market and customer analysis to support:

*

Macro and micro market analysis and research

*

Prospect research and profiling

*

Preparation for senior engagement with target audience

This role will require excellent market and customer insight skills to focus on both macro and micro markets research as well as customer profiling to feed into and support marketing and communication activities. Working closely with the wider marketing team, the role will also support the sales and product teams with ad hoc requirements.

Responsibilities:

*

A mixture of analytics projects and data storytelling to share key insights and actionable recommendations

*

Conduct in-depth analysis of current and new markets using a variety of sources, looking at demand and market fundamentals.

*

Consolidate key findings, providing timely reports/presentation on insights to both internal stakeholders and key clients; data on key target customers, competitors, and the macro and micro market place.

*

Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

*

Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

*

Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

*

Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases

*

Publish market intelligence updates for external and internal distribution on regular cadence to engage with the target audience.

*

Lead competitor and market research where required to ensure feeding into product strategy from a marketing perspective.

*

Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

*

Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

*

Prepare briefing notes and analysis for key stakeholders and sales teams in advance of prospect / customer engagement

You’re a fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to data-driven action. In addition, you should also possess:

*

Proven experience in a customer insight analytics or market research analysis role

*

Ability to interpret data and using it to derive insights

*

Possess an analytical mindset with proficiency in data literacy

*

Have strong communication skills for effective report writing alongside good presentation skills.

*

Demonstrate proficiency in research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, as well as surveys

*

BS degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field
