The Role
They are looking for an Account Director to lead an existing portfolio in the drinks industry. With a key focus on client retention and development, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team with a thriving portfolio to direct from day one.
Day-to-Day
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Develop and execute client account plans.
Ensure client retention and promote their services.
Share best practices within the sales and account management team.
Foster interdepartmental relationships.
Provide timely, accurate reports.
Deliver excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee account team activities and campaign delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Forecast revenues accurately and timely.
Handle client issues as the primary escalation point.

Expertise in Creative production for POS, Branding, and Events.
Knowledge of legislation and corporate social responsibilities in the drinks industry.
Leadership and motivational skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication skills.
