With a key focus on client retention and development, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team with a thriving portfolio of household brands from day one.Day-to-DayBuild and maintain relationships with key clients.Develop and execute client account plans.Ensure client retention and promote their services.Share best practices within the sales and account management team.Relay the marketing projects from the clients back to the creative teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign delivery.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Forecast revenues accurately and timely.Handle client issues as the primary escalation point.Ideally, you have...Worked in the retail industry (in print and design) or with clients in the retail industry (from a Marketing perspective / as an account manager)Experience with branding / POS and events.
