Duties�(not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Organise and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Promotion of the company and their services.
- Monitor feedback & satisfaction levels.
- Offer fresh ideas that may improve company performance.
- Support social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Experience with office administration and clerical duties is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers for various tasks, including typing and data management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
