Marketing Administrator | Newton-le-Willows | Salary: Up to �25,500

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Mon - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm


Marketing Administrator - Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and how marketing can best support them.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Business Development Managers to ensure all customers have the appropriate and up-to-date collateral, aligned with campaign timelines or ad-hoc requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact for head office marketing requests, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and the correct tone of voice (branding, company documents, presentations).
  • Use the CMS system to manage customer requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Source and maintain various marketing and POS collateral, including print materials, point of sale displays, customer point of sale items, and dealer support products.
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials, including gathering quotes, samples, arranging payments, and maintaining stock listings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as maintaining databases, storing files, and processing invoices.
  • Identify key trends and opportunities to grow the brand's marketing materials and presence.
  • Support the growth and management of the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Marketing Administrator - Requirements:

  • A recent graduate, ideally with either a Masters or Bachelors in Marketing.
  • Proactive - taking ownership of your workload by using initiative to make decisions.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • A great listener and communicator.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
