Marketing & Communications ManagerExclusive opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join a high end family office on a permanent basis.Reporting directly into the COO and working as a standalone marketer, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns and BAU to drive B2B customer engagement within the financial services sector.Hybrid working: 3 or 4 days in London West End office, 1 or 2 from home.£80k + BonusRoles & responsibilities:Digital marketing: Website updates, posting content, carrying out regular reviews to ensure the site is up-to-date; reviewing analytics Email: creating lists from our CRM (Hubspot); tailoring content to internal and external audiences; reviewing report data to iterate and improve future campaigns Social media: regularly posting content; ensuring internal engagement; reviewing interactions to improve future activityContent creation Maintaining intranet content calendar Ensuring a timely and consistent launch cascade through all internal and external channels; capturing and evaluating analyticsEvent management – internal and external event managementPresentations and sales support - maintaining presentations across all areas; developing new content where required for key segments and audiences; ensuring consistency of messages across all materialsMarketing technology: maintaining the CRM, and keeping up-to date with relevant governance and regulations eg GDPR Graphic design: use suitable desktop publishing software to create and update simple presentations, templates and social media assets Manage external agencies on more advanced design projectsCommunications:Internal communications: Support the leadership team in executing internal communicationsMedia relations: Scheduling monthly meeting with key trade media and internal spokespeople; managing internal approvals; sharing and tracking coverage Develop key messages, talking points, and briefing materials to ensure consistent and effective communicationReporting on marketing activities: maintaining a monthly KPIs dashboard; developing insight into activity to iterate and improve campaign approach and reporting back to leadershipSkills & experience:Digital marketing and website managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStakeholder managementMarketing material productionBrand managementBasic design skillsContent managementAnalytics and ROI assessmentEvent managementBudget managementExperience in using marketing software, ideally including HubSpot, Wordpress, Adobe & CanvaPreferably, background in financial services, tech industries or rapidly scaling businessesIn return, we offer a comprehensive benefits plan to help you meet your health and wellness, financial and lifestyle needs:Competitive salaryPerformance bonusGenerous pension provisionPrivate medical insurance26 days holiday + public holidaysHybrid working arrangementsIf you have the experience and are interested in discussing further, please get in touch ASAP with your current CV: ##### Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
