Marketing and Sales Executive

We are looking for an engaging, driven and communicative Marketing and Sales Executive to join a thriving, independent and developing organisation in Banbury. This is a full time, permanent position, with hybrid working available, as well as very competitive company benefits. As Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a programme of activity to engage with prospective clients. This will be through the management and processing of inbound leads including follow ups via email/calls, reviewing and optimising the on-boarding process to maximise registrations, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.
The role is primarily marketing lead, however there is a strong sales element too. As a smaller team, our client is looking for someone with both marketing and sales experience to undertake more typical marketing activity, including the creation of any sales support materials and supporting wider campaigns.
As Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Managing and developing inbound leads and follows up via HubSpot CRM
Managing and developing the programme of 121 targeted sales campaigns including development of any support materials
Learning, developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key audiences
