We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Support, Sales & Communications Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role involves supporting internal communications, assisting with marketing activities, and providing essential sales support. You'll divide your time across:
Internal Office Communications & Support – 1 day per week.
Marketing Assistant – 2 days per week.
Sales Support Assistant – 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including social media management.
Create marketing collateral (PDFs, web content, videos).
Maintain and optimise the CRM Contacts database.
Support competitor analysis and event organisation.
Communications & Support:
Manage internal office communications.
Assist in office management tasks and event planning.
Support business benefits maintenance with providers, e.g., medical insurance.
