In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, deliveredby our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Print and distribute promotional materials for each of our care homes
Check and respond to emails in the shared email inboxes
Support with the administration of the Employee of the Month initiative
Maintain online listings for Country Court Care Homes
Distribute news and event information on partner websites
Take photographs of our homes and at our events when required
Maintain and create content for the company website
Delivery of marketing campaigns both online and offline
Tools you will use: Hootsuite, TikTok, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Photoshop, InDesign
Write news articles, interviews, press releases and so much more!
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£20,820.80 per annum
28 days holiday including bank holidays
35 hours per week, 1 hour unpaid lunch

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Administration experience desirable
Use of email marketing would be desirable
Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and the internet
Driving License and access to own car
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and written skills
Ability to adapt quickly and deal with multiple locations with different care offerings
Essential grade 5 in Maths and grade 4 in English
