\nSalary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum pro-rata

\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join My Clients dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, helping to enhance their brand presence and engage their target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to analyse market trends effectively.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSocial Media Management:
\nCreate and schedule posts across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
\nMonitor channels for engagement, respond to inquiries, and build brand awareness.
\nConduct competitor analysis and identify trends for improvement.
\nTrack metrics for social media campaign effectiveness.
\nContent Creation:
\nWrite engaging website articles, blog posts, and newsletters with an understanding of SEO best practices.
\nDevelop multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) using Canva and Adobe Suite.
\nAssist in creating marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
\nCollaborate with the marketing manager on content strategies and campaigns.
\nMarketing Analytics & Reporting:
\nCompile reports on social media, email marketing, and overall campaign performance.
\nAdministrative Support:
\nCompile and update product spec sheets for internal and external use.
\nProvide general administrative assistance, including document management.
\nHandle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the marketing manager.
\nSkills & Qualifications
\nExperience with Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
\nFirst-rate attention to detail and organisational skills.
\nAn understanding of current marketing principles and practices.
\nExperience with digital marketing and social media content.
\nCreative design skills, with an understanding of branding and design principles.
