You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure our technology stack supports our overall marketing strategy. Your role will involve evaluating, selecting, and integrating marketing technologies, optimizing marketing operations, and leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.Strategy and Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.Provide leadership and vision for the MarTech team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with senior leadership to align MarTech initiatives with overall business strategy.Technology Evaluation and Integration:Evaluate and select marketing technologies that meet the organization’s needs and enhance marketing capabilities.Oversee the integration of MarTech solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing systems and platforms.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and minimize costs.Marketing Operations Optimization:Streamline marketing operations through the effective use of technology, improving efficiency and productivity.Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.Monitor and analyze the performance of MarTech solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.Data Management and Analytics:Ensure robust data management practices are in place to support accurate and timely analysis.Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive marketing strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, IT, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on MarTech initiatives.Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts.Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of MarTech tools and best practices.Compliance and Security:Ensure MarTech solutions comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive customer and company dataRequirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing technology, with a track record of leading MarTech initiatives.Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics.Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to work with innovative technologies and shape the future of marketing.C5i is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
