Marketing Automation Specialist profile:
The new Marketing Automation Specialist, proficient in email marketing, CRM and workflow development who embraces marketing automation tactics to drive conversions.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
Monitor and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalised email campaigns.
Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalisation to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
