An opportunity has arisen to join one of South Yorkshires leading employers as Marketing and Campaign Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers the chance to lead and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support strategic business priorities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns that engage key stakeholders and enhance brand presence. Working across corporate and development-level initiatives, the role requires a strategic approach to campaign management while ensuring consistency across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, sponsorships, PR, and events
Oversee CRM management, audience segmentation, and performance tracking using tools
Ensure brand consistency while tailoring campaign messaging for different audiences and developments
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, and key partners to maximise campaign impact
Manage the creation of marketing materials and oversee content updates to align with strategic priorities
Define clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies
About You
Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong skills in CRM management, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
