THIS ROLE WILL INVOVLE RELOCATION TO TANZANIA.Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Director to lead the marketing team and drive the strategic marketing initiatives that will propel the brand to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG marketing, with a passion for white goods and a proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and drive brand growth.Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.Deep understanding of the white goods sector and consumer behavior.Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
