Your mission? To leverage statistical modelling, advanced analytics, and strategic insight to drive real business improvements.You'll get to work with an array of high-profile clients, ranging from massive advertisers to dynamic regional businesses and government departments. Your role will also span various analytic solutions such as TV attribution modelling, statistical lift testing, and integrating sustainability and DE&I into marketing effectiveness frameworks.Day to day:Lead and deliver econometric projects, coordinating resources to ensure the best outcomes.Guide stakeholders in understanding the measurement framework and analytic techniques.Develop a holistic understanding of performance drivers beyond marketing.Embed an effectiveness mindset within client planning, delivery, and activation teams.Design statistically robust and actionable test structures, as required.Identify gaps in analysis techniques and develop new solutions to drive client growth.Build compelling business cases for investment in effectiveness solutions.Oversee the Modelling Solutions team, including managing and mentoring junior members.Must have:Extensive knowledge in the practice area - Marketing Mix ModellingExceptional problem-solving capabilities.Expertise in stakeholder relations.Effective communication skills.Proficiency in analytics, insights and business intelligence reporting.Proven experience in building business cases.High standards for quality assurance.Please Apply!
